Drake and Eminem put those massive beef rumors, much to the delight of their fans, to rest when Eminem showed up for a surprise performance at Drake’s Aug. 16 Detroit concert.

Fans of both rappers flooded Twitter with amazing tweets after the epic surprise, breathing a sigh of relief that two of music’s biggest rappers are friends and not foes!

Drake, 29, surprised everyone when he brought out Eminem at his Detroit concert. During the concert, Eminem, 43, came out from the under the stage and fans screamed over what was happening.

Eminem, a Detroit native, starting rapping to the crowd, with Drake cheering him on. Drake gushed over Eminem and called him the “greatest rapper to ever get on a microphone.”

For weeks, rumors had swirled the Drake and Eminem were beefing. Radio DJ Ebro revealed he told Drake that he heard a rumor that Eminem was gearing up to come after him in a rap battle.

This rumor spiraled out of control. The two rappers stayed eerily silent about the alleged feud, causing many to believe their fighting was real.

Both Drake and Eminem believed they would have won a rap battle if it ever happened. While a rap battle between them would have been epic, it’s better for everyone that these two are pals.
