One of South Africa’s most sought-after entertainers Trevor Noah, has bought himself a breath-taking penthouse in New York City spanning the 17th and 18th floor for over $13 million.

The comedian has been living there in a rented apartment for quite some time now while waiting for the $10 million deal to close.
His rental apartment cost over R194 000 a month. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the deal closed yesterday at a bargain price of $10M and that it is one of biggest sales for a residential unit in Hell’s Kitchen.
The original asking price was $13 million. Trevor Noah celebrated his birthday last week with fellow South African entertainers Anele Mdoda, Sizwe Dhlomo and Khaya Dlanga. - Daily Sun
