The 2017 edition of the Carling Black Label Champion Cup featuring Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates has proven to be quite a popular event on the football calendar.
Tickets are officially sold out - a few days ahead of the much-anticipated showpiece on 29 July 2017.Amakhosi defender Ramahlwe Mphahlele has fired a warning to Pirates ahead of this year's clash.

"We will repeat what we did last year. If I had a choice I would vote for Rama. Players who are not chosen should not be disappointed," Mphahlele told the media at the launch.
The fans can still vote by SMS and internet and voting has been opened for the preseason game with a format where fans select the line-ups and the formations.
