Johannesburg - Kaizer Chiefs Technical Advisor, Rob Hutting's contract with the club expires next week, and there is concrete confirmation that he will remain at the club, meaning Amakhosi may be on the market to fill his vacant post.
Should Hutting leave the club, as is expected, it remains to be seen whether the Amakhosi will look to replace him as well as bringing in a head coach, or rather focus their efforts on a coach alone.
With Chiefs on the lookout for Steve Komphela’s successor for many weeks now, and despite several names being linked with the post, the club next week commences their pre-season without a substantive head.

Speaking on his arrival at Naturena, the Dutchman said, “I am honoured to be here and will serve the club with pride. This is a special day for me.
“I have been following Kaizer Chiefs and South African football for a while and looking forward to working with Coach Steve Komphela and the rest of the coaches here at Kaizer Chiefs.”
