Madonna is staying positive as things heat up in her custody battle with Guy Ritchie over their son, Rocco.
The singer is focusing on her two jobs — as a singer and as a mother — and shared an empowering message for all working moms. The 57-year-old has raised four kids while being one of the biggest stars in the world, and she wants other working mothers to know they can balance it all, too.

It’s an especially inspiring message considering she’s currently fighting for her 15-year-old son in an explosive custody battle.
