Witchcraft Church: Dead Chicken on the Pulpit

When his wife screamed for help, Prophet Oupa Mlambo was not prepared for the evil he was about to witness - when he went to see what was going on, and found something so disturbing he was too terrified to investigate further.

His wife, Lizzy, said she was walking past the All Nation Worship Centre in Winterveld, Tshwane, on Friday morning when she saw the dead bird through the window.

When the reporters reached the scene, residents and members of the congregation were gathered at the church.

Lizzy said a neighbour told her she had seen someone in the church on Tuesday.

“She said she saw a strange guy with a bicycle entering the church but she didn’t think anything serious was going on,” said Lizzy.

Oupa said he had long suspected bad things would start happening at the church because there was no peace among its members.

“Things have been very bad for weeks. It has been very heavy. Two weeks ago all our musical instruments broke down while the worship team was singing during a church service.”

However, he said they had been praying and the problems were being exposed through God’s power.

“Our church is a prophetic, healing and deliverance church. We always deliver evildoers who confess to their deeds. When we get these kinds of things happening it shows our prayers and deliverances are working,” he said.

The prophet led a prayer session with his congregation and watched as the chicken was burned after being removed from the church. The headless chicken had a big knife sticking out of its stomach and next to it were two needles and juju.

“It scared me because it looked like some sort of ritual had been performed inside our church.” - Daily Sun
