Johannesburg - Kaizer Chiefs will follow-up on their decision to impose changes at Naturena in the forthcoming season, in a bid to bring back the glory days, that have evaded the former PSL soccer giants.

And as the 2017/18 comes to conclusion, at least nine names have been mentioned as potential candidates to be fired for poor performance at Amakhosi.

Below are the likely candidates to be fired by club management.

“Decisive changes will have to be implemented at the end of the season to remedy the situation. At this stage, circumstances do not permit for us to make immediate changes.
Kaizer chiefs will Effect Changes Soon

“However, we are looking to have a complete overhaul of the team before the commencement of the new season,” the club statement read.

Brian Baloyi and Patrick Mabedi could follow Steve Komphela out of the door at Naturena if his contract is not renewed, and it is also expected that Brilliant Khuzwayo – whose contract also expires shortly – will be playing in different colours next season.

Zimbabwean, Edmore Chirambadare, Sibusiso Khumalo and William Twala have been deemed surplus to requirements, with the likes of Keagan Buchanan and Bhongolethu Jayiya currently out of favour.

Chirambadare is a left-footed Zimbabwean professional footballer who plats as a winger for Kaizer Chiefs. Nicknamed "Spanner" by his teammates, he was mostly known for his goalscoring adroitness back in Zimbabwe. - Online Sources
