Chitungwiza – Apostle Pride Sibiya will be officially ordained as Bishop at the ongoing 2019 edition of Tiyambuke International Christian Convention (TICC).

The conference scheduled to run from 26 to 31 August will witness the historic event on Thursday, 29 August 2019.

The conferment day to be graced by various ministers and many Christians will be conducted by his spiritual father, Archbishop Asa Gurupira.

According to theological definition, a bishop is an ordained, consecrated or appointed member Christian clergy who is generally entrusted with a position of authority and oversight. They are given responsibility by Christ to govern, teach and sanctify the Body of Christ.
Apostle Pride Sibiya will be Ordained as Bishop on 29 August, 2019

Apostle Sibiya has been in ministry for 25 years, having received Christ in August of 1984, during a crusade hosted by known German evangelist Reinhard Bonke.

Since that day, he has progressed spiritually to become a notable speaker on grand podiums across the globe. He is now regarded as one of the city fathers in Chitungwiza.

In 2001, through the command of God, he launched Glory Ministries. The initial service was attended by Apostle Sibiya. During the second service, the first member, now the international Overseer Shylock Masiyenyama joined him.

The church has grown from holding a service at home, to more than 100 assemblies in three nations of South Africa, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The servant of God is a sought-after marriage counselor, who holds the family institution dearly.

The ordination ceremony tallies with the 2019 theme: Give me this mountain – and one of the areas of influence is the religious mountain.
