With Chelsea set to give John Obi Mikel the green light to move in January, the Super Eagles captain is faced with the choice of taking a pay cut to play in France or settle for a big money move to China.
Mikel, despite being in a fine form has not featured in Antonio Conte's plans for Chelsea thisseason. Conte has indicated that Mikel will be allowed to move. However, reports in France L10Sport stated that Marseille are anxious to beef up their squad with Mikel, but he must have to take a pay cut.
