Johannesburg - Kaizer Chiefs defender Teenage Hadebe says any team that comes to FNB Stadium should fear the Glamour Boys.

Title contenders Chiefs will host Bloemfonten Celtic at the venue on Saturday night looking to reel in Absa Premiership leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.

Sundowns currently enjoy a four-point lead on Amakhosi at the summit, as they prepare to play their game in hand against fellow high-flyers Free State Stars at Loftus Versfeld tonight (19h30).

“We have a lot of respect for Celtic,” Hadebe told his club's website.

“However, any team that comes to the FNB Stadium should be scared of us. We need the three points.”

Amakhosi are riding high in confidence after winning six and drawing three of their last nine games in all competitions.

However, Hadebe, who is nursing a niggling ankle problem, is mindful there is still plenty of football to be played in the race for championship honours.

Steve Komphela's side have nine league fixtures left in 2017/18, while they are also through to the last-16 of the Nedbank Cup where Stellenbosch FC lie in wait.

“It’s too early to talk about that. There are still nine league matches left. We must take it one game at a time and keep focused.” - KickOff
